East African Journal of Law, Policy and Globalization (East Af. JLP&G) is an open-access, online journal published in English language by the Department of Legal Studies, Faculty of Education and Legal Studies, Kampala International University in Tanzania, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The journal seeks to publish high-quality research on legal issues in Tanzania and the rest of the world. Therefore, the target audience of the journal is both national and global. The journal uses the double-blind peer review system, whereby neither the identities of the authors or reviewers are disclosed to those involved in the peer review process. The journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts on a rolling basis. East Africa Journal of Law, Policy and Globalization publishes articles on a rolling basis. therefore, peer reviewed articles which have been accepted for publication will be assigned the appropriate issue and put online immediately any time of the year.
