  1. Manuscripts should be prepared in MS Word format, Times New Roman, 12 font for text, 10 font for automatically generated footnotes, single line spacing, with 1.5 page margins.
  2. Manuscripts should be accompanied with an abstract of about 250 words, and 6 keywords.
  3. Inclusive of footnotes, the word count for articles is a minimum of 7000 words and a maximum of 14 000 words.
  4. The author’s name, designation, affiliation, contact number and email should be provided on the cover page of the manuscript, for correspondence and future references.
  5. Page numbers should be inserted at the bottom (middle) of pages.
  6. The house style for references and citations is OSCOLA (Oxford Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities).
  7. Submissions to the journal must be original, and not already published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  8. All manuscripts will be subjected to a plagiarism check, and double-blind peer review.
  9. The final decision on the publication of an article will be made by the Editorial Board.
  10. The submission of manuscripts is accepted on a rolling basis. Manuscripts which are submitted too late for a current issue will be assigned to the next issue of the journal.

Authors should check their manuscripts and ensure that they comply with all preparation requirements before submitting them. Manuscripts that do not adhere to the guidelines will not be considered for review.

  1. The submission is original, not previously published and is not under consideration for publication in another journal (or an explanation is offered for this).
  2. All materials used by authors have been duly acknowledged and referenced in footnotes.
  3. If the author’s material is substantially derived from his thesis or dissertation, the author should provide a note clearly stating this fact.
  4. The manuscript is formatted as a Microsoft Word document.
  5. If illustrations, figures, or tables are used in the manuscript, they should be placed within the text at the relevant places, rather than at the end of the article.
  6. Other guidelines have been duly complied with.
  7. All details about authorship should be placed on the first page of the manuscript. The body of the manuscript should not contain author-identifying pieces of information.
