The open access, online journal, East African Journal of Law, Policy and Globalization (East Af. JLP&G) is published by the Department of Legal Studies, Faculty of Education and Legal Studies, Kampala International University in Tanzania. The aim of the journal is the dissemination of cutting-edge legal research. The journal publishes articles on a wide range of contemporary topics approached from the perspectives of national law, comparative law, international law, regional integration, socio-legal and multidisciplinary legal research. All manuscripts submitted to the journal are subjected to a double-blind peer review by academics and experts. East African Journal of Law, Policy and Globalization uses the continuous publication model. Therefore, an article will be published online in its final form, as soon as it is ready, and without waiting for other articles in the issue to be completed. Users may freely read, download, copy distribute or print the full text of articles published by the journal, as long as proper acknowledgments are made.
