Submission of New Manuscripts

Authors who chose to submit their manuscripts through the online submission system are also encouraged to forward soft copies of their manuscripts to the editor-in-chief by email:  editor_tjms@kiut.ac.tz

This is necessary in order to establish active communications with our contributors.
